The Bungalow E-5 has two bedrooms and a large balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and separate entrances to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and a double bed, a kitchen with microwave, flat-screen cable TV, new independent digital air conditioning and a living area with a sofa set and two armchairs. The second bedroom includes a king bed, its own new digital air conditioning and flat-screen cable TV. Bungalow E-5 is located 400 meters below the hotel's reception and just 200 yards from Manuel Antonio beach, but at an altitude of 300 feet, providing a pleasant ocean view.

Bungalow E-6 has two bedrooms and a large balcony with a partial ocean view. Each bedroom has two queen beds, its own bathroom, separate entrances to the balcony, flat-screen TVs with cable, and new, separate digital air-conditioning units for each room. The dining area and the kitchen area with microwave are located on the large balcony. Bungalow E-6 is located 400 yards below the hotel's reception, next to the main Manuel Antonio road and only 200 yards from Manuel Antonio beach, but at an elevation of 300 feet.

Bungalow A-11 is a large studio-size room with three queen-size beds, a kitchen with microwave, a dining area, new digital air conditioning, a cable flat-screen TV, a large covered terrace and a sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs.

Bungalow A-13 has two bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms and separate access to the terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a double bed, a kitchen with microwave, a flat-screen cable TV, a new digital air-conditioning unit and a pair of armchairs. The second bedroom is much smaller and has a double bed and its own new digital air-conditioning unit.

Bungalow A-14 is located across the road from the restaurants El Avión and El Wagon. It is far enough from the other hotel buildings to have a homelike feel. The walk to the Zona A pool is about 250 meters. It has a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a double bed (A/C), with views of the national park and the sea; the second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (A/C) and an adjacent bathroom, and there is a small children's room with a bunk bed, without air conditioning. Each bedroom opens onto a large living/dining room (A/C) with a sofa, two overstuffed armchairs and a flat-screen TV; the full kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic stove and microwave. There is a separate covered terrace with nice sea views, surrounded by a grass lawn among ornamental plantings. This room is 350 meters from reception and the pool area.

Our A-15 "Palm Tree Casita" is perfect for family accommodation, where parents and children can have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The Palm Tree bedroom has a king bed, a main bathroom, and a mature palm tree that grows through the roof! The Tres Queens bedroom has three queen-size beds that can sleep up to six, with another main bathroom. There is a kitchen and an outdoor terrace for dining or relaxing. Near the top of the Costa Verde property, facing the parking lot of El Wagon and El Avion, it is easy and just a few steps from many restaurants and shops. This room is located 350 meters from reception and the pool area.
