Políticas de reembolso y cancelación
Temporada verde y alta (2 de enero – 23 de diciembre):
- Cancelaciones con una notificación de 23 días o más de antelación a la fecha de llegada se reembolsará el 100%.
- Las cancelaciones entre 22 y 15 días antes de la llegada se cobrarán el 25%.
- Cancelaciones entre 14 y 7 días antes de la llegada se cobrará el 50%.
- Las cancelaciones con menos de 7 días de antelación a la fecha prevista de llegada no serán reembolsadas.
Temporada Pico (Navidad y Año Nuevo):
- Cualquier cancelación se cobrará el 25%.
- Cancelaciones entre 22 y 15 días antes de la llegada se cobrará el 50%.
- Las cancelaciones de 14 días o menos antes de la fecha prevista de llegada no serán reembolsadas
Refund & Cancellation Policies

Green and High Season (Jan 2 – Dec 23):
Cancellations with notice 23 days or more prior to the expected date of arrival will be reimbursed 100%.
Cancellations 22 – 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25%.
