Refund & Cancellation Policies

Green and High Season (Jan 2 – Dec 23):
Cancellations with notice 23 days or more prior to the expected date of arrival will be reimbursed 100%.
Cancellations 22 – 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25%.
Cancellations 14 – 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50%.
Any cancellation with notice less than 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed.
Peak Season (Christmas and New year eve):
Any cancellation will be charged 25%.
Cancellations 22 – 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%.
Any cancellation 14 days or less prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed.
