  • 3. Swimming Pools: We offer three swimming pool options:

  • – Area A and Area B: Family pools open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

  • – Costa Verde II: Adults-only pool open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

  • 4. Dining Options:

  • Anaconda Restaurant: Breakfast and lunch service from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm during high season. In green season, open from 6:30 am to 11:00 am for à la carte dining.

  • La Cantina Restaurant: Dinner only from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, featuring live music at 7:00 pm daily.

  • El Wagon Restaurant: Lunch and dinner served from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  • El Avión Restaurant: Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.

  • Food Delivery: Call 177# from your room or message via WhatsApp at 6124 7857 for delivery from El Avion, El Wagon, and La Cantina.

  • El Baguette Bakery: Operating hours from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.

  • Pool Bar: Located in the adult sector, open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm during high season.

  • 5. Internal Shuttle: Complimentary transportation is provided to our restaurants from the front desk. We don’t offer transportation to the beach

  • 6. Proximity to Attractions:

  • Main Beach: A 10-minute walk from the reception. We can also call a taxi.

  • Manuel Antonio National Park: 20 minutes away (Closed on Tuesdays).

  • 8. Zip Coaster Attraction: Open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering thrilling rides at a cost of US$12 per person.

  • Room information

  • 1. Check-Out Time: Check-out time from your room is at 12:00 noon. However, you can continue to enjoy our facilities until 5:00 pm.

  • 2. Room Cleaning: We offer daily room cleaning services. Please use the provided sign on your door to indicate whether you would like cleaning. Bed linens are changed every third day of your stay.

  • 3. Water Quality: The tap water in our establishment is safe for drinking.

  • 4. Towels:

    – In your room, you will find one body towel for each guest.

    – These towels are intended for use within our property only; they cannot be taken to the beach.

    – Please note that we do not provide beach towels or beach mats.

    – You may use the same towels at our swimming pools.

    – Towels are changed daily. To request a towel change, simply place them on the floor, and our housekeeping staff will attend to it.

    – If needed, you can also exchange towels at the front desk.

  • 5. Air Conditioning: Our air conditioning system operates with a special key that fits into a switch. Whenever you leave your room, remember to take the key with you, as the air conditioning will turn off automatically.

  • 6. Door Closure: Please be aware that our doors automatically close behind you for security reasons.

    – If you plan to visit the National Park independently, please remember that you must purchase your tickets online. You can access the ticket purchase option by clicking the button below.

    – Note that food is not permitted within the National Park; only water is allowed.

    – If you have reserved tours, kindly wait for them in the reception area. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the specified time.

    – Please be aware that breakfast at Anaconda is à la carte, not buffet.

    – While visiting the beach, it’s essential to be cautious, as with any tourist destination. Some individuals may attempt to take advantage of unfamiliar visitors.

    – During the summer, the sun can be intense. Remember to use sunscreen to protect your skin.
